This round wicker foraging basket is handmade from natural Lithuanian willow in our family workshop. A decorative braided rim adds strength around the edge, while the sturdy twisted handle and open weave make it easy to carry and keep freshly gathered treasures breathing.
It's just as happy filled with wild mushrooms, berries and forest herbs as it is loaded with fresh eggs, vegetables or fruit straight from the garden, and it carries just as well through a farmers' market piled with bread, produce or flowers. Even empty, it makes a warm, natural accent on a shelf, counter or by the front door.
